My Recovery

After struggling with annorexia for 8 years following it with 3 years of binging, restricting, self-loathing, and fearing food constantly, suffice it to say that I have a pretty complete understanding of disorderly eating and food fears. Which is exactly why I want to help you with it, as well! From someone who has eaten way too little, too much, eaten scared, sad, emotionally and more, I've learned a thing or two along the way on how to remove your old eating disorder identity, find food freedom, live a life without tracking, measuring, worrying, and stressing and finally how to take the power back that I gave food for the majority of my life. Come along my journey as I continue to find deeper meaning, tips, and understandings of my own food relationship and food freedom.
